"How do I place an order?"

• Check out our 'book' page where you will find a step by step guide to order.

"What areas do you cover?"

• We mainly cover Northwich, Cheshire, UK and offer free collection and delivery to and from Northwich. For surrounding areas we charge a small fee for delivery.

"Can I send you photos for inspiration?"

• Of course! We are happy to receive photos of our own bakes and other baker's creations to give us an idea of what you'd like. However, please be mindful that we will never copy another baker's product and will always add our own twist and style onto your bake. 

"How do I transport and store my bakes?"

• At CBM we recommend transporting your bakes in a clear, flat boot or in the footwell of your car. A flat surface is key and be mindful not to take sharp corners. In the summer months, we recommend an air conditioned car due to all cakes at CBM being buttercream based, which can easily melt!

• Included with your order is an 'eat me by' card, which states the best before date for your bake. Please do not store your orders in direct sunlight as there is a high chance of melting. We would recommend that most products (apart from cookies) are stored in the fridge. We also recommend taking your bakes out of the fridge at least half an hour prior to consuming, as nobody likes hard cake!
